to fulfill all their non-medical needs during the duration of their treatment.

They also ensure that patients attend all appointments.

Patient care coordinators also:

    - Provide patients with itineraries of their appointments on a weekly basis.

    - Conduct daily courtesy calls to confirm the patient’s status and comfort.

    - Available to help patients and companions with their personal needs 24 hours a day.
