Access Team

Managing and navigating hospital systems can be confusing or complex. Our Access team will help to ease this burden by sending out reminder text messages, and if our electronics methods are not available or fail, we will find the means to contact the patient in order to avoid missing or cancelling the appointment.

Orientation and Facilitation: The Access team will liaise with concierge team:

  • Documents and Forms: Assist with completing documents, government extension of stay forms, including USICS, VISA extension, and passports.
  • Patient Schedules: Correspond with hospital schedulers to ensure the patient is scheduled to arrive in the United States as planned.
  • Weekly Itineraries: Generate weekly itineraries for the Care Coordinators to deliver to the patients.
  • Text Reminders: Send text reminders in the patient’s native language to each patient 24 hours prior to their next appointment.
